We have weekly coached swimming sessions available every Saturday 4pm at Much Wenlock leisure centre the cost is £4 per session. These sessions are designed to offer support for all abilities from first timers to elite Ironmen.

Currently cycling is planned by members on our members Facebook page with multiple rides planned every week.

Every Wednesday we have a track session at Oakengates leisure centre and this costs £3 per session much like the swimming the sessions are designed to cater for all levels of fitness and the coaches design the sessions around this.

Member planned training is also available via the Facebook members page for all 3 sports with multiple sessions planned weekly, to find out more about training available Contact Us to learn more.
